In Greene County magistrate court a judgment was entered Oct. 13 against Justin Robert Lee Kelton of Des Moines on a charge of violation of a no contact order. Kelton was fined $105 with a $15.75 surcharge; the vine and surcharge were suspended. He must pay $699.95 restitution for his court appointed attorney’s fees and $83 court costs.
Judgment was entered in two cases against Dawn Marie Brown of Scranton on charges of theft- fifth degree. On each of them she was sentenced to three days in jail, consecutive to jail time in a pair of other Greene County cases. She was fined $105 with a $15.75 surcharge. Court costs were $95 in the two cases.
In a third case against Brown in which she was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, she was fined $105 with a $15.75 surcharge. Court costs were $278.86.
A judgment was entered against Desmond James Collins of Fort Dodge on a charge of violation of a no contact order. Collins was sentenced to seven day in jail. He must also pay a $105 fine wit5h a $15.75 surcharge. Court costs were $60.
A cases was initiated against Travis Frederick Venteicher of Grand Junction on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia.
